TVH Group is seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for HR capabilities and integrations within the TVH ecosystem. You will work with HR stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors to deliver high-quality people solutions that enable operations and growth.

You will partner with business owners to prioritize and release features, manage requirements, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure the team delivers value while aligning with the overall product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in HR domain preferred.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of product management, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or UKG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap for HR capabilities and integrations.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bugs to shape the product backlog and releases.
• Create requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality HR solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, standups, retrospectives).
• Coach and empower the team, removing obstacles to enable delivery.
