OneSource Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Product Owner to maximise value for the SGS product team within the SGS Product Line. You translate vision into a prioritized backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and align with Grid Development and IT stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will run continuous discovery with Grid Development experts and end users, coordinate sprint and release planning, and ensure adoption of new capabilities by GD users while

Qualifications

• Master level or equivalent by experience with proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector and TSO Grid Development context, including grid studies, scenarios, long-term planning and portfolio prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, priorities and roadmap for the assigned SGS product team, aligned with SGS product line strategy and objectives.
• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the backlog, ensuring clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and value-driven delivery choices.
• Run continuous discovery with Grid Development expert communities and end users to ground features in validated needs and justify priorities.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning with other SGS Product Owners to maintain coherence across SGS.
• Align stakeholders across SGS, GD, IT, Data and expert communities, translating business needs into product outcomes.
• Accept completed user stories, ensure testing and documentation, and monitor adoption of delivered capabilities by GD users.
• Promote Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation.
