Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program. You will bridge Grid Development experts with multidisciplinary digital delivery teams to build data-driven, decision-support solutions.

Responsibilities include defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, translating business needs into clear requirements, and coordinating sprint planning. The role combines business, IT, data and energy in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager or Business Analyst.
• Experience in Agile, digital or product-oriented environments.
• Strong understanding of energy sector or data-intensive domains.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French helpful.

Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedProduct Ownerto join a major digital transformation program.

You will play a key role in developing digital, data-driven and decision-support solutions that supportgrid planning, scenario management, grid studies and long-term investment decisions.

Working at the intersection ofbusiness, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.

What you will do:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities
• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teams
• Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities
• Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and support user adoption
• Drive Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation
• Balance business value, feasibility, risks and delivery constraints

Qualifications

• Proven experience as aProduct Owner, Product Manager, Business Analystor similar role
• Experience in anAgile, digital or product-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of theenergy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another data-intensive environment
• Experience withdata products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support solutionsis a strong plus
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable influencing multidisciplinary teamswithout formal authority
• Fluent inEnglishand professionally comfortable inDutch and/or French
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
