Qover is redefining the insurance experience with a product-led approach. As Product Manager – Compliance by Design, you will own the strategy for embedded compliance checks (KYC/DISI/POI) and build an automated, scalable engine across the product portfolio.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Automotive Partner Delivery to translate regulations into practical, user-friendly flows that maintain high conversion and regulatory integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as PM or PO in fintech/insurtech or Regtech environments.
• Ability to translate dense regulatory mandates into clear product specs for engineers.
• Experience with API integrations and data flows in complex ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law & Technology, CS, Engineering).

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Compliance by Design at Qover.
• Lead a cross-functional squad (Product Designer, Lead Engineer) to deliver compliant, scalable API services.
• Define measurable compliance outcomes (auto-approval rates, latency, onboarding friction).
• Bridge regulatory requirements with engineering and legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Share insights on compliance discovery, verification metrics, and squad learnings weekly.
