Optimile is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & AI, to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data products and AI capabilities. You will partner with engineering, architecture and the AI Steering Group to translate complexity into measurable outcomes and revenue opportunities.

You will own the data product strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and guide governance and compliance across EU GDPR and AI regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, including at least 2 years owning data products end-to-end.
• SaaS background with shipped product in a B2B SaaS environment and understanding operating cadence and commercial motion.
• Technical depth and breadth; able to work with senior architects and data engineers as peers.
• Strong stakeholder leadership bridging product, engineering, commercial and customers.

Responsabilités

• Define and own data products (external and internal) and AI capabilities.
• Shape and execute data and AI strategy; translate complex requirements into shipped features.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data architecture and governance.
• Own regulatory and governance considerations (GDPR, EU AI Act) in product decisions.
• Lead and grow the data squad as the pillar matures.
