Job summary

Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up seeking a Product Manager to drive product decisions by engaging customers and collaborating with design, engineering, and commercial teams. You will shape APIs and integrations, guide releases, and ensure a strong user experience from day one.

You will partner with internal teams to provide product knowledge, training, and documentation while maintaining clear communication and prioritizing features that deliver real customer value.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product company.
• Solid knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Analytical mindset and ability to figure things out.
• Ability to work across teams and inspire stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with clear explanation of complex topics.
• Proficient English and good working Dutch

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers via focus groups, interviews and site visits to shape product decisions.
• Work with designers to test and improve designs.
• Ensure products are easy to use and deliver customer value.
• Analyze feedback, run experiments, and prioritize features.
• Write development briefs and guide developers to stay on track.
• Help manage the product release process from testing to launch.
• Provide product knowledge and training to sales, customer success and implementation teams.
• Keep development workflows organized using JIRA.
• Assist with tough customer issues through 3rd-line support and cross-functional teams.

• Connect with customers through focus groups, interviews, and site visits to understand their needs and challenges, and use this info to shape product decisions.

• Work closely with designers to test and improve designs.

• Ensure our products are easy to use and deliver the results customers need.

• Analyze feedback, run experiments, and use data to prioritize the most important features that support business goals and customer needs.

• Write clear development briefs and give feedback to developers to keep everything on track.

• Help manage the product release process, making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards.

• Provide internal teams (sales, customer success, implementation) with product knowledge, training, and documentation.

• Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS Product Company.

• You already have a good knowledge of APIs and integrations.

• You have an analytical mind and are eager to figure things out.

• You can work effectively across teams to align and inspire internal/external stakeholders.

• You are a good communicator who can explain complex things in a simple way.

• You have a solid proficiency in English (our company language) and a good working proficiency in Dutch.

• Bonus points if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming principles.
