Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up building an innovative Yard Management product. We seek a Product Manager to lead discovery, work with designers, and ensure the product is easy to use and delivers meaningful outcomes for customers.

You will analyze feedback, prioritize features with data, and guide releases from testing to launch while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product company.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across teams to align and inspire stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English; working proficiency in Dutch.
• Bonus points for mastering Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers through focus groups, interviews, and site visits to understand needs and shape product decisions.
• Work closely with designers to test and improve designs.
• Ensure products are easy to use and deliver the required results for customers.
• Analyze feedback, run experiments, and use data to prioritize features that meet business goals and customer needs.
• Write clear development briefs and guide developers to stay on track.
• Help manage the product release process from testing to launch with quality standards.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and documentation to internal teams (sales, customer success, implementation).
• Keep development workflows organized using Jira.
• Assist with tough customer issues through 3rd-line support and collaboration with consultants.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS Product Company.

• You already have a good knowledge of APIs and integrations.

• You have an analytical mind and are eager to figure things out.

• You can work effectively across teams to align and inspire internal/external stakeholders.

• You are a good communicator who can explain complex things in a simple way.

• You have a solid proficiency in English (our company language) and a good working proficiency in Dutch.

• Bonus points if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming principles.
