CWS Cleanrooms is seeking a senior product line manager to oversee portfolio strategy and act as the second-line contact to sales, aligning initiatives with business goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, value proposition development, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive market insights, manage product introductions and phase-outs, and coordinate with Marketing to optimize profitability. Candidates should have a strong ERP background and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least five years in analytical product line management with multi-site experience.
• Deep ERP knowledge and CI experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and commercially aware; willing to travel; English required, German preferred.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management: oversee product groups and set long-term strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Value Proposition & Documentation: define specs and create strong value propositions; distribute product information.
• Sales & Stakeholder Enablement: provide second-line support to sales and deliver trainings.
• Data, Processes & Systems: manage product introductions and phase-outs; coordinate alternatives for discontinued items.
• Innovation, Market Insights & VoC: drive innovation using market research and VOC feedback to support growth.
• Profitability & Growth: monitor profitability and coordinate promotional needs with Marketing.
