Brolutions in Brussels is seeking a Head of Product Development to run our launch engine for 12+ new products yearly across hard goods and textiles. You’ll own the portfolio, gates, deadlines, budgets, and pipeline, and lead a team of three expanding to four who handle the technical work.

You’ll ensure every build reaches market on time and on margin, coordinating factories and suppliers (2–3 Asia trips/year), and aligning product development with marketing, procurement, logistics, and channel

Qualifications

• 5–7 years launching physical consumer products.
• Experience running multi-project portfolios with deadlines.
• Managed experts and enabled progress through planning.
• Knowledge of factories, MOQs, tooling, and lead times.

Responsabilités

• Run 6–9 concurrent development projects through stage-gate NPIs.
• Chair gate reviews and own go/no-go decisions with technical sign-off.
• Lead and coach the product development team of specialists.
• Maintain a prioritized future product pipeline with commercial teams.
• Coordinate factories and samples, with 2–3 Asia trips per year.
• Coordinate with marketing, procurement, logistics, and channels.
