Rydoo is seeking a customer-facing professional to join a SaaS environment in Antwerp. The role focuses on understanding customer challenges and translating them into actionable product insights while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in economics, legal, or finance and 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or SaaS, with strong communication and adaptability skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in economics, legal, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally with accounting, finance or SaaS experience.
• Very good written expression and strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and summarizing key information.
• Open to feedback and able to generate new ideas, iterate, and synthesize at the right moment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is ideally preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rydoo’s products, use cases, and customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on discovery, research, validation, customer conversations, and structured feedback.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and other teams to understand customer and prospect needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Support customer adoption by helping internal teams explain product value, functionality, and use cases.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities related to product knowledge, communication, and customer feedback loops.
• Understand how regulatory and compliance requirements impact the product and its usage.
• Help internal teams and customers navigate product-level compliance questions.

Requirements
