Rydoo is hiring a Product Expert to act as a key connector between customers, our product, and internal teams. You’ll translate customer needs into actionable insights and enable teams to support and adopt Rydoo solutions effectively.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering as the customers’ advocate, while educating colleagues on product updates to ensure best-in-class service across the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in economics, legal, finance, or a related field.
• Strong technology affinity and interest in solving user needs.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in accounting, finance or SaaS.
• Ability to work independently and handle frequent context-switching.
• Excellent written expression and strong communication skills.
• Open to feedback, with a mindset to generate ideas and iterate.
• Preferably previous experience in a customer-facing role.

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rydoo’s products, use cases, and customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather insights and support discovery, research, and validation.
• Translate structured feedback into product improvements and communicate updates across teams.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales and Support to translate needs into actionable insights for Product, Engineering and Marketing.
• Help internal teams explain value, functionality, and use cases clearly to customers.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product knowledge and feedback loops.
• Act as a partner on compliance topics and help navigate product-level questions.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Expert who acts as a key connector between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. In this role, you help ensure that Rydoo’s product delivers real value by deeply understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable insights, and enabling teams across the company to support and adopt our solutions effectively.

You combine strong product understanding with clear communication and collaboration. You collaborate with Product and Engineering as our customers’ advocate, ensuring through data-driven insights that Rydoo meets or exceeds customer expectations. At the same time, you communicate with and educate other people at Rydoo about relevant product updates and changes, which enables them to deliver the best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rydoo’s products, use cases, and customer challenges
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to:
  • Support discovery, research, and validation efforts
  • Join customer conversations when needed to gather insights
  • Share structured feedback that helps guide product improvements
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and other teams to understand customer and prospect needs, and help translate these into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Support customer adoption and understanding by helping internal teams explain value, functionality, and use cases in a clear and practical way
• Contribute to process improvements across teams by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities related to product knowledge, communication, or customer feedback loops
• Act as a partner on compliance-related topics by:
  • Understanding how regulatory and compliance requirements impact the product and its usage
  • Helping internal teams and customers navigate compliance-related questions at a product level

• A degree in economics, legal, finance, or a related field
• A true passion for technology and solving user needs.
• You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally with accounting, finance or SaaS experience.
• You work independently, have the ability to learn quickly, are comfortable with frequent context-switching and are resourceful when it comes to problem-solving
• You have very good written expression and strong communication skills (e.g., ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, ability to distill key pieces of information into a summarized update, etc.)
• Open to feedback, on which you generate new ideas, iterate and synthesize at the right moment
• Ideally, you have previous experience in a customer-facing role
