• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives.
• KYC / AML expertise.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments.
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities.
