Corilus is seeking a P&E Transformation Programme Manager to act as the operational multiplier for the CTO and CPO. You will translate priorities into programmes, establish governance, and drive execution with clear ownership, milestones and KPIs.

This role is highly visible, cross-functional and involves close collaboration with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Finance, HR and the CEO organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product & Engineering Operations, Technology Strategy or Transformation.
• Experience with multi-programme leadership across complex tech or product organisations.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and product delivery ecosystems.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Excellent executive communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with organisational transformation, M&A integration or operating-model change is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Translate CTO and CPO priorities into structured programmes with objectives, owners, milestones and success measures.
• Establish governance and operating cadence for major initiatives.
• Track progress across teams and programmes while avoiding bureaucracy.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution between stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and decisions to the right level at the right time.
• Prepare board materials, SteerCo packages and board-ready reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for executive visibility.
• Support Management Committee and Board discussions.
• Partner with CTO and CPO on portfolio priorities and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate across tribes and functions and ensure organisational alignment.
