Job description

Please note: This position is currently under internal review, and recruitment is temporarily paused. You are still welcome to apply, and we will review applications once we have clarity on the next steps.

About Corilus

Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.

We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Dévelopement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.

We are looking for builders — people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.

About the Role

Reporting to a Head of Product within one of our Product Tribes, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across one or more squads, from discovery through adoption.

This is an individual contributor role. You will not manage people directly, but you will set the standard for product management. Other PMs will look to you for how discovery is done, how decisions are made, and what great product thinking looks like. You mentor actively and help raise the bar across the team.

You will operate at the intersection of clinical workflows, platform capabilities, and AI, building products that healthcare professionals rely on every day and that meaningfully increase the time they can spend with patients.

Challenge

Define and own a compelling product vision and strategy.

Translate business goals and user insights into a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap. Make hard prioritization calls, articulate trade-offs plainly, and keep the squad relentlessly focused on impact. Work backwards from the practitioner, every roadmap decision should trace back to a real clinical problem.

Drive continuous discovery to deeply understand your users.

Spend time with Healthcare Professionals and Partners, interviews, observations, usability tests. Build genuine fluency in the daily workflows of Healthcare Professionals, and care coordinators. Turn what you learn into sharp problem statements and validated opportunity areas, not a backlog of guesses.

Lead delivery with engineering and design as a true team.

Write crisp specs, facilitate sprint rituals that are worth attending, and unblock your team fast. You take personal ownership of outcomes, including when things go wrong.Embed AI that actually changes the experience.

Identify where AI removes real friction, not where it makes a demo impressive. Whether that's intelligent automation, LLM-powered documentation, or predictive workflows, you work hands‑on with our AI development team, define meaningful evaluation criteria, and measure impact in production.

Use AI to accelerate how your team builds.

AI is not just something you build into products, it's something you use to build them faster. You actively leverage AI tools in your own workflow: generating prototypes, synthesising research, drafting specs, running competitor analysis. You help your squad adopt the same habits, compressing the distance between idea and validated output.

Own the functional design of your product.

You are not a passive consumer of design. You shape the functional architecture of your product, how it flows, how it structures information, how it handles edge cases. You work closely with Architects and designers and, when needed, produce your own wireframes and flow diagrams to drive alignment. Engineering should never be waiting for a clear functional picture.

Champion adoption, not just launches.

Partner with Customer Success and Sales so that new capabilities land well. Activation and retention metrics get the same attention as ship dates.

Raise the craft bar for everyone around you.

You are not a solo contributor. Review other PMs' work, share discovery insights openly, and help build the product practices that our Product & Engineering org needs to scale. The best version of this role makes the whole tribe sharper.

Profile
  • 4-8 years of Product Management experience owning products end-to-end discovery, specification, launch, measurement, and the hard iteration that follows.
Deep product craft: you run structured discovery, write specifications that engineers trust, and make prioritization decisions from evidence rather than instinct or volume of requests.

  • Shipped AI or ML-powered features in production — comfortable working with data scientists on evaluation methodology and production trade-offs, not just writing PRDs for them.

  • Track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software for professional end-users; experience in healthcare or other regulated contexts is a genuine advantage.

  • Able to influence without authority across engineering, design and commercial stakeholders, and comfortable doing so in a company mid-transformation.

  • A natural mentor: you give direct feedback, share what you learn, and consider it part of the job to make the PMs around you better.

  • English is the working language of the Product & Engineering team. In addition, Fluency in French or Dutch is required to interact efficiently with the customers of our products.

  • Flexibility to travel to Corilus in Gembloux when needed.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary, depending on experience, and benefits package.

  • An IC role with genuine scope, direct influence on products used daily by 70,000+ healthcare professionals across two countries.

  • The opportunity to help define how product management is practised at Corilus: discovery frameworks, AI product patterns, and the operating model for our Product & Engineering org.

  • A company where individual contributions are visible and good ideas move fast, without the diffusion of a large corporate structure.

  • Flexible hybrid working.

  • A serious, low-ego team that cares about the work and about the people doing it.
