Corilus is seeking a P&E Transformation Programme Manager to act as the operational multiplier for the CTO and CPO. You will translate priorities into clear programmes, define ownership, dependencies, and risks, and provide leadership with actionable information for decision-making.

This role is highly visible and cross-functional, working with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Product, the CTO and CPO, and other senior stakeholders across the wider business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product & Engineering Operations, Technology Strategy, Transformation, Programme Leadership, Chief of Staff or a comparable senior role
• Experience operating across complex technology or product organisations
• A strong understanding of software engineering and product development environments
• Experience managing multiple strategic programmes and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong executive communication skills and experience preparing materials for senior leadership, executive committees or boards
• A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
• Excellent programme and stakeholder management skills
• The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish meaningful KPIs from reporting noise
• Experience with organisational transformation, M&A integration, technology transformation or operating-model change is highly valuable
• Experience working in a PE-backed, scale-up or similarly complex environment would be an advantage

Responsabilités

• Translate CTO and CPO priorities into structured programmes with clear objectives, owners, milestones and success measures.
• Establish governance and cadence for major initiatives; track progress across teams without excess bureaucracy.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution between stakeholders.
• Challenge slippage and conflicting priorities before they become larger problems.
• Prepare board materials, SteerCo packages and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for the executive team.
• Provide independent view of programme health, risks, dependencies and capacity.
• Ensure decisions translate into action across the organisation.
