Description du poste

About Corilus

Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.

We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Dévelopement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.

We are looking for builders — people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.

About the Role

As P&E Transformation Programme Manager, you will act as the operational multiplier for the CTO and CPO.

You will hold the programme thread across the major strategic initiatives running across Product & Engineering, ensuring that priorities are translated into clear programmes, ownership is explicit, dependencies are visible, risks are surfaced early and leadership has the information needed to make decisions.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Product, the CTO and CPO, as well as senior stakeholders across the wider business including the CEO, CFO and HR Director.

You will also contribute directly to the materials and discussions presented to the Management Committee and Board.

This is not a traditional PMO or coordination role. You will be expected to understand the substance behind the programmes, challenge assumptions, identify trade-offs and help leadership move decisions forward.

Challenge
Turn strategy into execution
  • Translate CTO and CPO priorities into structured programmes with clear objectives, owners, milestones and success measures.

  • Establish the right governance and operating cadence for major initiatives.

  • Track progress across multiple teams and programmes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution between stakeholders.

  • Challenge slippage, ambiguity and conflicting priorities before they become larger problems.

  • Escalate risks and decisions to the right level at the right time.

Create executive visibility
  • Prepare board materials, SteerCo packages, quarterly business reviews and management reporting.

  • Consolidate complex programme information into clear, decision-oriented narratives.

  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting that give the CTO, CPO and executive team an accurate view of progress.

  • Ensure reporting is consistent, timely and focused on what actually matters.

  • Support the CTO and CPO in preparing for Management Committee and Board discussions.

Act as a strategic partner
  • Work with the CTO and CPO on portfolio priorities, trade-offs and strategic decisions.

  • Bring an independent view of programme health, risks, dependencies and organisational capacity.

  • Help leadership distinguish between activity and actual progress.

  • Connect individual initiatives to the broader Product & Engineering strategy.

  • Ensure decisions made at leadership level translate into action across the organisation.

Connect the organisation
  • Work day to day with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to understand delivery reality.

  • Partner with Heads of Engineering and Heads of Product on portfolio trade-offs and strategic priorities.

  • Coordinate across tribes, functions and programmes where ownership or dependencies cross organisational boundaries.

  • Work with executive peers including Finance, HR and the CEO organisation where initiatives require cross-company alignment.

  • Build trust across the organisation while maintaining the ability to challenge when needed.

Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

You are likely to have:

  • Significant experience in Product & Engineering Operations, Technology Strategy, Transformation, Programme Leadership, Chief of Staff or a comparable senior role.

  • Experience operating across complex technology or product organisations.

  • A strong understanding of software engineering and product development environments. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how engineering and product organisations actually deliver.

  • Experience managing multiple strategic programmes and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong executive communication skills and experience preparing materials for senior leadership, executive committees or boards.

  • A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.

  • Excellent programme and stakeholder management skills.

  • The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish meaningful KPIs from reporting noise.

  • Experience with organisational transformation, M&A integration, technology transformation or operating-model change is highly valuable.

  • Experience working in a PE-backed, scale-up or similarly complex environment would be an advantage.

What success looks like

Success in this role means the CTO and CPO spend less time chasing information, coordinating initiatives and assembling reporting, and more time making strategic decisions and leading the organisation.

You will create a single, reliable view of the P&E agenda, with:

  • Clear ownership across strategic programmes.

  • Consistent governance and reporting.

  • Early visibility of risks and dependencies.

  • Better coordination between Product and Engineering.

  • Faster escalation and decision-making.

  • High-quality executive and Board reporting.

  • Greater alignment between strategy, roadmap, investment and execution.

Ultimately, you make the Product & Engineering organisation easier to run, easier to understand and more effective to lead.

What we offer
  • A fascinating and challenging role within an experienced, highly innovative, and dynamic team and company.

  • Lot of learning opportunities as we are constantly pushing ourselves to improve our processes and enhance our business partnering support with in depth business analysis

  • At Corilus, we believe in rewarding our employees for their commitment. You can count on an attractive salary package aligned with your experience and responsibilities, complemented by a wide range of extra-legal benefits including a company car + fuel card, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, and an additional ambulatory care insurance, …
