AppTweak in Brussels is seeking a passionate Product Designer to own end-to-end user flows within a product squad. You’ll prototype with AI tools, contribute to the design system, and work closely with a PM to ship cohesive features in a hybrid, office-based setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years SaaS UI/UX design, strong Figma skills, and a keen interest in AI-assisted design. English fluency and working visa for Belgium are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of UI/UX product design experience in SaaS with shipped products.
• Proficiency in Figma; strong User-Centered Design and responsive design principles
• Fluent in English (our working language).
• Genuine interest in AI in the design process with good judgment.
• Curiosity about code and willingness to work near the codebase.
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and ability to defend design decisions with evidence.

Responsabilités

• Own complete user flows in a cross-functional squad: define problems with PMs, design, and follow-up after release.
• Prototype with agentic AI tools and ship simple UI fixes directly in the codebase.
• Improve existing product quality by addressing small issues and turning feedback into improvements.
• Contribute documented, reusable design system components and evolve it when needed.
• Explain design decisions and their rationale to the squad.
