AppTweak is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end user flows within a product squad in Brussels at a hybrid workplace. You will prototype with AI tools, contribute to design systems, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of SaaS UI/UX experience, strong Figma skills, and fluency in English. You’ll grow through a clear career framework with mentorship and opportunities to shape AI-enabled design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of UI/UX product design experience in SaaS with a shipped product portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of User-Centered Design, design systems and responsive design.
• Fluent in English.
• Genuine interest in AI in the design process with good judgment about output quality.
• Curiosity about code and ability to make changes in the codebase using Cursor.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable; comfortable with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to give and seek feedback.

Responsabilités

• Own complete user flows in a cross-functional squad from problem framing with the PM to polished designs that engineers can build and monitor after release.
• Hand-prototype using AI tools (Cursor) and ship simple UI fixes directly in the codebase.
• Improve existing product quality by fixing small issues and acting on user feedback and usage signals.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system with reusable components and documented guidelines.
• Challenge scope and decisions when they don't serve the user, explaining your reasoning to the squad.
• Grow within a transparent career framework with mentorship from a senior team member.
