Trustup, a Belgian scale-up transforming the construction and renovation sector, seeks an AI Product Owner to structure ideas into specs and guide them to production. You will translate vision into actionable briefs, collaborate with the Head of Product, and leverage AI to accelerate design and content.

You will manage discovery workshops, prototype solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating or developing SaaS products, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Mastery of spec-driven development (Shape Up or equivalent) and ability to write clear briefs.
• Daily use of AI to design, write, or automate workflows.

Responsabilités

• Produce prototypes and mockups to guide the tech team without over-specifying.

As part of our development, we are looking for a AI Product Owner.

At Trustup, our product is accelerating. The tech team is full of ideas and leveraging AI to the fullest, but we need someone to structure these ideas, turn them into clear specs, and bring them to production. We are looking for a Product Owner who thinks big, materializes quickly, and communicates with impact.

Trustup is a Belgian scale-up in full expansion, with the mission of transforming the construction and renovation sector in Europe sustainably. We connect individuals and professionals through our marketplace and offer a suite of digital tools to facilitate the management of their projects.

Location: 4 days in the office (Liège), 1 day remote

Experience: Confirmed experience as PO/ Developer

Languages: Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage

Your role revolves around 3 axes:

• Understand the company's overall vision and translate it into actionable visual specs
• Integrate business issues: customer feedback, regulatory changes, and technological developments
• Collaborate with the Head of Product to build and prioritize the roadmap—relying on data and KPIs from your scope rather than intuitions
• Produce prototypes and mockups that provide substance to the tech team, without over-specifying
• Write high-level briefs in Shape Up: problem statement, appetite, solution sketch—no line‑by‑line user stories
• Use AI to generate design, structure requirements, and accelerate content production
• Classify and prioritize bugs pragmatically
• Manage tests (internal and external), support releases, and validate delivery
• Internal communication: write product documentation, create educational content for sales and support teams
• External communication: produce animated demos, videos, and engaging presentations for clients
• Organize and lead discovery or validation workshops with stakeholders
• Be the voice of the product externally: clear, enthusiastic, approachable

Job requirements

• Experience in creating or developing SaaS products, ideally in a B2B environment
• Cross-functional or atypical background (tech, product, design, business, startup…) with a global vision of product issues… it doesn't matter the title, what matters is having experienced several realities before gaining perspective.
• Ability to work in evolving environments and autonomously structure processes
• Mastery of spec-driven development (Shape Up or equivalent) and ability to write clear and effective briefs
• Design sensitivity with the ability to create wireframes or prototypes (Figma or equivalent), even without being a senior designer
• Daily use of AI to design, write, or automate workflows
• Technical proficiency: capable of getting hands‑on in development, querying an API, writing an SQL query, and extracting insights from raw data
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders (developers, clients, CEO)
• Ability to juggle between strategic vision and operational execution
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and ability to propose innovative solutions
• Out of the box: not afraid of unconventional ideas and able to defend them
• Strong adaptability in an agile and rapidly evolving environment
• Autonomy, curiosity, and a willingness for continuous learning
• Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively
• Professional English & French required, and Dutch considered a plus
