Mane Energy in Brussels is seeking a Procurement Process Owner to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of key procurement processes within the Group Procurement function. You will own P2P workflows, drive transversal projects and ensure processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with the company's strategy, delivering measurable value.

This on-site, full-time role requires presence on site two days per week.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, especially P2P.
• Strong analytical and structured work approach.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to translate concepts into actions.
• Multilingual communication: ENG plus FR/NL.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement process design and harmonisation across the function.
• Own processes/tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage procurement projects and report on progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate training and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
