Meogroup Belgium is seeking a medior procurement professional with 1–5 years of experience and strong Dutch & French. The role focuses on EU public procurement procedures A–Z and building medium- to long-term sourcing plans for strategic assets in Belgium.

You will help implement sustainability policies and optimize procurement processes and tools in Belgium, coordinating with stakeholders. A master’s in engineering or economics with a technical focus is required, along with tri-lingual FR–NL–EN

Qualifications

• Master’s in engineering/technical or economics with strong technical focus.
• 2–5 years in a technical, public procurement, or project-management environment.
• Trilingual FR–NL–EN with one mother tongue; others at C1.
• Ariba knowledge and German are a plus. Occasional travel to Berlin.

Meogroup Belgium is a consultancy group specialising in operational excellence, with a particular focus on procurement and the supply chain operating in Belgium since 2017.

Our group also has offices in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italie and counts over 1000 thousand employees.

We are looking for a medior procurement professional (1 to 5 years of experience) with a good level of Dutch & France.

You’ll:

• Run EU public procurement procedures A–Z (selection/award criteria → negotiation & award) – ~80% of the role.
• Build medium‑ to long‑term sourcing plans for strategic electrical assets, based on market analysis and stakeholder needs.
• Help implement sustainability policies and optimize procurement processes/tools in Belgium

Profile:

• Master’s in engineering/technical or economics with strong technical focus.
• 2–5 years in a technical, public procurement, or project‑management environment.
• Trilingual FR–NL–EN (one mother tongue; the other two at C1).
• Organized, autonomous, stress‑resilient; comfortable with legal terminology & contract negotiation.
• Ariba knowledge and German are a plus. Occasional travel to Berlin.
