Meogroup Belgium is a consultancy group specialising in operational excellence, focused on procurement and supply chain management. We are seeking an Operational/Support Buyer in the Flemish Brabant region to manage purchasing activities in SAP and coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, with SAP MM experience and a proactive, process-driven mindset. A competitive package with company car and meal vouchers is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement as a buyer.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the procurement process is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure strict and timely follow-up of the purchasing process, including the creation of purchase orders within the required deadlines.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with purchase order-related matters in SAP.
• Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
• Create and monitor contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Monitor and manage functional mailboxes, ensuring requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to implement improvement
