BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Procurement Expert Digital and Software in Brussels to drive strategic supplier relationships and optimize procurement processes. You will negotiate cloud, digital and software agreements and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong internal client partnerships.

The role emphasizes CSR, circular procurement, and a strong analytical approach, with remote-friendly 50% home flexibility and a permanent contract at a leading financial institution.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experienced project manager with analytical and reporting skills.
• Digital affinity with CSR and circular procurement.
• Deep understanding of IT market commercial and contractual cost drivers.
• Familiar with legal, contractual risk and compliance.
• Several years of experience in Digital/Software procurement.
• Fluent in French and Dutch with strong English (written and oral).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or Ivalua.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze internal client requirements, identify spending patterns, cost-saving opportunities, and improve procurement efficiency.
• Conduct market analysis and formulate a procurement strategy.
• Screen and select suppliers and present a value proposition to the management team.
• Negotiate cloud, digital and software contracts, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in supplier management processes such as steering committees and risk assessments to ensure contract compliance.
• Cultivate sound relationships with key suppliers.
