Pollet Water Group is seeking a Procurement Manager Excellence & Operations to professionalize the procurement engine across multiple entities. You will govern processes, data and compliance to enable the buyers to maximize supplier value.

Lead the ERP migration from Axapta to D365, champion digital tools like SharePoint and Power Automate, and develop a center-led procurement organization in a growing international group.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems and data governance.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, with other European languages as an asset.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize standard procurement processes and governance.
• Oversee data ownership and master data quality for procurement in D365.
• Drive analytics: spend, savings, supplier performance, and reporting.
