Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments).
• Experience in banking or financial services is required.
• Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teams.
• Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changes.
• Monitor process performance and define KPIs.
