Deutsche Bank Luxembourg seeks a client-focused professional to support Wealth Management Coverage teams across Luxembourg and international locations. You will handle complex client account inquiries, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with Product, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, client experience, and participation in improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial services, private banking or wealth management.
• Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy.
• Proven organizational and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Support Coverage teams in Luxembourg and offshore locations with new clients and day-to-day servicing.
• Maintain and administer client data, records and related system codifications.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Product, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance to process requests.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper record-keeping.
• Manage complex account-related inquiries across Private Banking relationships.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes, controls and client experience.
