Deutsche Bank Leuven is seeking a driven Commercial Assistant (part-time) to join our Advisory Center. You will deliver a premium client welcome and provide first-line client management support, including onboarding and KYC-related tasks, while collaborating with Private Bankers.

Located in a prestigious office, you will help maintain high service standards, assist with commercial activities, and stay informed about market developments in private banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with sales support or administration.
• Excellent command of Dutch and good level of English.
• Ability to work with clients and provide professional support.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a premium client welcome and ensure high-quality client management.
• Provide proactive commercial support to Private Bankers.
• Manage administrative follow-up with precision and maintain compliance.
• Support onboarding of new clients and resolve client queries.
• Promote the bank’s offering and stay updated on market developments.
