Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Belgium, a branch of Rothschild Martin Maurel, seeks a Private Banker Assistant to provide high-quality service across the client relationship lifecycle. You will support Private Bankers in onboarding, meetings, and documentation while coordinating with compliance and back-office teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in banking/finance and at least 5 years in banking, ideally in a Private Bank or family office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking, ideally Private Bank or family office.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, discreet and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills, client- and solution-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Private Bankers in client introduction and account opening, coordinate with compliance and back-office.
• Execute day-to-day client banking instructions, including transfers, securities, UCITS and FX spot trades.
• Monitor balances and take appropriate action as needed.
• Support client relationship development, respond to inquiries, prepare client reports and conduct periodic reviews within AML rules.
• Handle requests related to life insurance contracts or Lombard credits with central teams.
