Victrix Legion in Belgium is seeking a procurement professional with strong experience in financial recordkeeping and contract management for services. The role is on-site at our premises, with a focus on compliance, framework agreements, and NATO procurement knowledge.

Candidates should have vocational training or equivalent experience and a track record in high-value contracts. You will monitor compliance with agreed requirements and support audit processes, ensuring transparent procurement

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience.
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements;
• Knowledge of using appropriate procurement methods; Experience with high value, high volume framework type contracts for services; NATO Procurement Knowledge and experience is desirable
