Job summary

mateco IT is seeking a Pricing Business Analyst to own the Pricefx platform and guide its implementation and ongoing development across the mateco Group.

You will translate pricing requirements into scalable solutions, configure price lists, approval workflows and dashboards, and lead UAT and multi-country rollouts.

A master’s degree is required; 4+ years as a business analyst; fluency in Dutch and English; and a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience with business applications and SaaS platforms; pricing concepts.
• Strong technical affinity; advanced Excel; data flows and integrations.
• Experience with software implementations, UAT, rollouts, and end-user training.
• Analytical professional who connects business and technology; ownership; multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into actionable requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions with stakeholders and ensure standardisation.
• Configure Pricefx: price lists, calculation logic, quotations, approvals, dashboards for multi-country rollout.
• Support UAT during pilot and lead testing for country rollouts.
• Organise training sessions and provide second-line application support.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with Pricefx developments.
