Job summary

BYD BeLux in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to deliver expert on-site and remote service for premium electric vehicles. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and high-voltage systems, leveraging diagnostics and data insights to support quality improvements and ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive service, are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and can travel within the region.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in automotive service, preferably premium or EV brands.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site interventions.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

On-site technical service: provide professional on-site vehicle repair and interventions for customers.
Remote technical support: offer remote troubleshooting and guidance for vehicle issues.
Cross-functional issue escalation: coordinate with Quality, R&D and Technical teams for prompt solutions.
Big data & advanced diagnostics: use diagnostic tools and data platforms to predict issues and track cases.
Quality feedback & improvement: analyze quality issues and verify effectiveness of solutions.
Premium customer interaction: represent DENZA as a technical expert with professionalism.
