AYES Belgium is seeking a motivated Powertrain Engineer to contribute to the development and calibration of powertrain systems. You will support the validation and optimization of powertrain functions and performance, ensuring high-quality delivers.

You will work with calibration tools, scripts, and data analysis to improve system performance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and exploring new powertrain technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Experience in powertrain development and/or calibration.
• Interest in automotive technologies and vehicle performance.
• Comfortable with data analysis, calibration tools, and scripting.
• Hands-on, curious, analytical, and passionate about understanding how things work.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
