IT Link is seeking an experienced calibration engineer to join our Belgium-based powertrain team. You will calibrate clutch synchronization, torque transitions, and validate control strategies for hybrid/transmission systems.

The role involves hands-on testing, data analysis and collaboration with colleagues across locations. Requirements include a Master’s/Bachelor’s in electro-mechanical or related engineering and 3–8 years in powertrain calibration.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3–8 years of experience in powertrain calibration and control.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate clutch synchronization and torque transitions.
• Define and execute test plans for hybrid/system validation.
• Assess drivability and shift quality, both objectively and subjectively.
• Manage calibration datasets and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
