Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Developer to join our data management team in Brussels. You will design advanced reporting solutions and dashboards, translating business requirements into technical deliverables across languages and departments.

You will work with SAP BW/BW4, Azure data sources, and Fabric tools like RayFin and CoPilot, implementing Row Level Security and robust data modeling. Hybrid work with flexible onsite presence is offered.

Qualifications

7+ years in BI and reporting tools, especially Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft AAS.
3+ years in Azure Cloud and Data Solutions and Services.
2+ years with Microsoft Fabric including RayFin and CoPilot.
Experience building reports on SAP BW/BW4 and implementing RLS.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
Degree in Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
Fluent English with native or C1 level Dutch or French and at least B2 in the other language.

Responsabilités

Translate business requirements into functional documentation and reporting deliverables.
Analyze current reporting environments and design future architectures to support migration plans.
Develop and implement high-quality reporting solutions and dashboards using SAP BW/BW4 and Azure data sources.
Configure Row Level Security (RLS) and manage data sensitivity in multi-language reporting environments.
Transform raw data into actionable insights via data modeling and optimization techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to manage roadmaps and incident resolutions.
Contribute to test scenarios and perform functional testing to ensure data quality.
