Ghent University invites applications for a Post-doctoral assistant in the EB23 Department of Marketing, Innovation and Organisation. The appointment is 80% and initially for three years, with the possibility of a second term.

Qualifications

Hold a doctoral degree in business economics or equivalent.
Have conducted research on wellbeing in entrepreneurship.
Distinguished yourself as a promising researcher in your doctorate.
Demonstrated interest in coaching Bachelor’s/Master’s/Advanced Master’s students.
Present relevant scientific publications in peer‑reviewed journals.

Responsabilités

At least 70% of assignment will be spent on academic research.
Assist in teaching activities at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
Counsel Master’s students in exercises, work placement and Master’s dissertation.
Counsel doctoral students.
