Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. in the Mechelen/Antwerp region is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Support to drive outbound lead generation for Polish and international markets. You will qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Sales Engineers, building a robust CRM pipeline in a bright, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Languages, or related field.
• Native or fluent Polish with professional English proficiency.
• Strong outbound calling and prospecting mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Mechelen/Antwerp region or reside nearby.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify new B2B opportunities via outbound calls and email campaigns.
• Prospect and engage decision-makers across a broad portfolio of industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for Sales Engineers and assist with client visit coordination.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and perform timely follow-ups.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions.
