Bridge Industrial bv. is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business and delivery within grid development projects. You will translate the product vision into a clear roadmap, prioritize the backlog and deliver valuable, data-driven releases that support long-term grid planning.

You will collaborate with domain experts, data teams and delivery squads to enhance grid studies and inform strategic investments. Fluency in English is required, with working proficiency in Dutch and/or French considered

Your Role

As a Product Owner within the SGS product line, you will be responsible for one of the three product teams. You translate the product vision into a clear roadmap, a prioritized backlog and valuable releases. You act as the bridge between business and delivery, ensuring that digital solutions meet the needs of Grid Development and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Own and manage the backlog: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and value-based prioritization.
• Run continuous discovery with expert communities: problem framing, assumption testing, usage data and outcome analysis.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning with other Product Owners and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Align stakeholders across GD, IT, Data and expert groups.
• Accept completed user stories, ensure proper testing and documentation.
• Monitor adoption and support users in implementing new capabilities.
• Promote Agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality and study execution.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in a digital or Agile environment.
• Strong affinity with the energy sector, infrastructure projects or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support tooling is an asset.
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear product outcomes and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills and credibility to guide multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical authority.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally in Dutch and/or French.
• Collaborative, transparent and improvement-oriented mindset.
