Vinçotte, part of Kiwa and SHV Family of Companies, seeks an experienced PMO-C²Trust Project Manager to guide complex industrial projects from definition through commissioning and operation. You will identify compliance needs early, coordinate with asset owners, engineering teams, suppliers and authorities, and ensure alignment with License to Operate requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, engineering, infrastructure, energy or manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary project management.
• Experience with industrial commissioning, conformity assessment, compliance management or operational readiness programmes is a strong asset.
• Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess applicable European, national and regional legislation.
• Develop compliance and conformity roadmaps for industrial projects.
• Translate requirements related to CE Marking, the EU Blue Guide and regulatory frameworks into clear project deliverables.
• Coordinate interfaces with inspection bodies, notified bodies, certification organisations and authorities.
• Support clients in managing compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project governance structures, reporting lines and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across clients, engineering teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Integrate conformity, safety, environmental and commissioning requirements into project execution.
• Monitor project readiness, compliance status and key risks.
• Support evidence-based decisions for commissioning, handover and operational release.
