Keystone Solutions seeks a PMO Support for a client-site assignment in Belgium to bolster project resourcing, cost control, and governance within a busy PMO. You will work with project managers on administrative, scheduling, and financial needs, supporting three axes: Resource Management, Cost Management, and Communication & Reporting.

Qualifications

• Entry level to up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid MS Office abilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Power BI.
• Basic expertise in creating and maintaining project plans.
• Experience using Alfresco and basic admin support for users.
• Mature, proactive team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Capable of working with little oversight and management.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities in a busy client-site environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to operate across PMO areas to cover workload spikes.

Responsabilités

• Support project resourcing, finance, risk, and governance within the PMO.
• Work with project managers on administrative, scheduling, and financial needs.
• Manage resources, cost, and communication/reporting across three axes.
• Maintain Planview tooling and coordinate timewriting, monthly reporting, and invoicing.
• Assist with meetings: scheduling, minutes, actions, and follow-up.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Assist PMOs in project start-up and ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as a go-to person for PMOs when questions arise.
