Kono Consultants NV is seeking a Platform Lead in the north of Antwerp to lead and grow the Platform organization. You will ensure a secure, scalable engineering foundation and drive collaboration across the Platform Build and Run teams.

You will translate strategy into a roadmap, drive delivery, and guide technical decisions with a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style. This role is full-time with 3-4 onsite days and requires fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams.
• Background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or cloud.
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure concepts (Azure, IaC, CI/CD, automation, reliability).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to bring structure into complex environments.
• Experience facilitating discussions and driving decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A pragmatic, collaborative leadership style.
• Strong change-management capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Platform Build and Platform Run teams and ensure effective execution.
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap, set priorities and drive predictable delivery.
• Guide technical decision making with discussions, trade-offs and alignment.
• Rely on strong technical understanding of modern engineering platforms (CI/CD, IaC, Azure, automation, observability, release processes).
