Kono Consultants NV is seeking a Platform Lead in the north of Antwerp to lead and grow the Platform organization. You will ensure a secure, scalable engineering foundation and drive collaboration across the Platform Build and Run teams.

You will translate strategy into a roadmap, drive delivery, and guide technical decisions with a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style. This role is full-time with 3-4 onsite days and requires fluency in English and Dutch.

We are currently looking for a Platform Lead for a client located in the north of Antwerp

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: long-term
• Regime: fulltime with 3-4 days onsite
• Languages: fluent in English and Dutch

As Platform Lead, you will lead and grow the Platform organization. You ensure that our Platform Build and Platform Run teams provide a secure, scalable and automated engineering foundation that enables efficient software delivery across the company. You bring people, priorities and execution together while fostering collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

You will provideleadership to the Platform Build and Platform Run teams, ensuring effective execution and continuous evolution of the engineering platform.You translate strategy into a clear roadmap, set priorities and drive predictable delivery.You guide technical decision making by guiding discussions, evaluating trade‑offs and ensuring alignment, while relying on your strong technical understanding of modern engineering platforms — from CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code to Azure, automation, observability and release processes.
