Lalamove is seeking an Operations Support Senior Associate to own platform configurations, market initiatives, and process improvement. You will coordinate with Business, Growth, and Tech teams to ensure accurate configurations and timely execution.

You’ll leverage AI and low-code tools to automate repetitive tasks, monitor budgets, and maintain rigorous documentation including SOPs and change logs. A hands-on operator with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in operations, platform backend configuration, e-commerce operations, or data/process management.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily platform configurations and market initiatives with precision.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure market activities remain within budget.
• Rigorously review and validate operational data to prevent live platform issues.
• Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs and configuration change logs.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Experiment with AI tools automation or low-code solutions to streamline tasks.
• Bridge between Business/Market Growth and Tech/Product teams, translating requirements into configurations.
• Communicate constraints and timelines to non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for cross-department projects.
