Job summary

Recurv is seeking a Cloud Data Platform Engineer to build and operate a cloud-native data platform. You will work across AWS, Kubernetes, and Snowflake, applying software engineering and operational practices to platform capabilities.

You are an analytical, hands-on engineer with strong collaboration skills to work across teams. The role emphasizes automation, IaC and managing data platform resources at scale.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services, including networking, IAM, compute and storage, and experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, plus Snowflake administration, including RBAC, privileges, resource hierarchy and object lifecycle management.

We are looking for a Cloud Data Platform Engineer to build and operate a cloud-native data platform. You are an analytical, hands-on engineer with a strong engineering mindset and the communication skills to work effectively across teams.

What You Will Do

• Build and operate cloud-native platform capabilities, using code and automation to manage infrastructure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, event-driven architectures, cloud-native data platforms, DevOps or platform engineering.
