TESTQ Technologies Limited in Brussels is seeking a Platform Administrator to join our operations team. Working under the direction of a Senior Platform Administrator, you will coordinate operational designs, develop support plans and provide second level support for applications.

You will ensure compliance with security policies, monitor requests, manage user accounts, load software and analyze usage data to identify trends and resolve performance issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in all the requisite responsibilities and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational designs under the direction of the Senior Platform Administrator.
• Develop and implement support plans.
• Provide second level support for applications.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor requests and system usage.
• Add/delete users and manage access.
• Load software and maintain configurations.
• Analyze user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues.
