Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience across multiple departments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HR systems, time-and attendance tools, or ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Collaborative mindset across teams and functions.
• Basic understanding of HR, finance, and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across plant functions including HR, Finance, Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases in compliance with company standards and policies
• Support time and attendance systems and assist with HR-related administrative processes
• Coordinate meetings, training programs, and plant-wide events including employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage internal plant communications including noticeboards, newsletters, and required postings
• Support plant leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination tasks
• Handle employee queries and direct them to appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with record retention and regulatory requirements
• Assist with safety documentation, training coordination, and compliance activitiesTrack and update data across various plant systems including HR, safety, and production metrics
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day plant operations
