EMW in Brussels seeks a Specialist Public Key Infrastructure contractor to work within the Cyber Plans and Capabilities Section at NATO HQ. The role requires developing PKI policy, engaging with stakeholders, and documenting architectures and risk management.

On-site in Brussels with occasional travel within NATO states; NATO SECRET clearance required; contract through 31 December 2026 with possible extensions.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptography
• Experience drafting PKI regulatory frameworks and related policies
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate complex topics clearly

Responsabilidades

• Prepare draft cryptography and PKI documents and coordinate approvals
• Provide PKI/cryptography expertise to NATO and national initiatives
• Manage meetings, records and event coordination
• Support audits of systems and entities within the Organization
• Prepare presentations and speaking notes for senior officials
• Provide executive advisory on relations with cryptographic stakeholders
• Manage cryptographic communities of interest portals and external engagement
