MSL Engineering Ltd is a mechanical engineering contractor delivering high standards of workmanship, safety, quality and reliability. The role focuses on walkdowns, isometric and P&ID accuracy, punch-list management and client handover to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing NDT and welding quality per the client’s plan, and ensuring documentation and ITP requirements are met for a timely handover.

Responsabilités

• Attend and coordinate walkdowns on piping systems, confirming compliance with design Isometric and P&ID drawings
• Compile detailed punch-lists of items to be closed out, and upload punches onto relevant digital punch system
• Supervise, if required, craft resources assigned to close out relevant punches
• Update project punch system with closed out punches
• Attend daily/weekly punch status meetings to agree priorities and advise status
• Ensure as-building of isometrics and P&IDs are accurate and up to date
• Pressure Testing - ensure MSL are aligned with system / scope boundary requirements
• Compile test packs for execution of testing scope and handover
• Complete W1 / W2 / W3 walks with the Client to ensure timely system handover
• Ensure quality is maintained to a high standard throughout the project
• Ensure all ITP requirements are met as regards paperwork for handover to client
• Ensure quality of welding and fabrication is maintained at the required standard as set by the client\'s quality matrix and plan
• Assist quality audits of the pipe fabrication and welding process, identify areas for improvement
• Manage subcontractors and report the NDT percentages weekly to the client, boro-scoping and X-ray etc, ensure all associated paperwork with compiled, and reviewed for handover to client
• Subcontractor scope alignment - ensure insulation, painting contractors etc. are aligned with project requirements with regard to specs
