Job summary

Corilus is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the Service Desk in Ghent. You will handle first and second line IT support for our CareConnect Pharmacist platform, working with pharmacists and care professionals in Belgium.

You will participate in ongoing training and in future webinars to help customers get the most from our software. You are a service-oriented team player with a pharmacy background, strong communication in Dutch and English, and the motivation to learn more about our

Qualifications

• Pharmacy background or experience in a pharmacy environment preferred.
• Experience delivering customer support is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for IT matters and for CareConnect Pharmacist.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to pharmacists on using our software.
• Assist customers remotely and maintain high quality service.
