DPS Group, an Arcadis company, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our project controls team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate schedules, perform analysis, and support scheduling workshops across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Planner in EPC/EPCM, construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud).
• Solid understanding of scheduling, planning principles, and project controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules.
• Create detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Perform schedule analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate planning.
• Support planning workshops and coordinate scheduling activities across projects.
• Apply scheduling best practices and project controls methodologies throughout execution.
