ASCO Aerospace Belgium is seeking a Delivery Coordinator – Production Planner to ensure on-time delivery of parts from launch to shipment, acting as the direct link between the customer and the operations team and implementing the production plan.

You will plan and monitor production activities up to eight weeks ahead, run requirements analyses, manage MRP data accuracy (lead-times, safety stock), collaborate with Logistics to secure components on time, support RDR and WDQ processes, and

Qualifications

• Industrial or Commercial Engineer or Bachelor degree.
• Strong planning experience and knowledge of MRP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Mapics and lean management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the implementation of the production plan (scope is maximum 8 weeks ahead), planning and monitoring of production activities (adherence to production plan).
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Be actively involved in RDR and WDQ processes and ensure adequate follow up.
• Ensure correctness of MRP data such as lead-times, safety stock, etc.
• Coordinate external and internal interactions: communicate the delivery plan to the customer and work with the Logistic Coordinator to obtain components on time from suppliers.
• Play an active role in Risk and Crisis Management.

Production Planner – Delivery Coordinator

Responsabilities :

TheDelivery Coordinatoris responsible for the on time delivery (OTD) of parts from launch until shipment. He/she is the direct link between the customer and the operations organization. He/she is in charge of the implementation of the production plan, planning and monitoring of production activities, the requirements analysis (component and capacity) and the follow-up of non-conformities.

Accountabilities:

• Take responsibility for the implementation of the production plan (scope is maximum 8 weeks ahead), planning and monitoring of production activities (adherence to production plan).
• Perform requirements analysis
• Be actively involved in RDR and WDQ (waste, deviation, quarantaine) processes and ensure adequate follow up
• Ensure correctness of MRP data such as lead-times, safety stock, etc;
• Ensure external and internal interactions : communicate the delivery plan to the customer and work closely together with the Logistic Coordinator to get the components on time from the suppliers.
• Play an active role in Risk and Crisis Management

Profile, expertise and experience

Education :Industrial or Commercial Engineer or Bachelor degree

Languages :Dutch or French and English

Skills / Experience:

• Stress resistant
